Free US Exchanges | Free Returns are available to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Exchanges or Store credit are available for up to 60 days from purchase.
- Final Sale items, Sun Masks, and Stickers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased through retail partners must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Please return items neatly folded and packed in an appropriately sized mailer or box to prevent damage in transit. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund.
- One free exchange per order.
- If a return changes your eligibility for Bundle & Save pricing, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the updated order total.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days once the return is received and inspected.
To maintain product quality, items returned in worn or damaged condition cannot be restocked. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, including pet hair or odors.
Shipping:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold or if the entire order is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
